COVID-19 UPDATE

Mrs FLORIST will still be operating and delivering around Melbourne Metro Areas during restrictions. We are following Victorian Government’s rules and regulations.

We are taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our customers, staff and drivers. We are closely monitoring the situation and are adhering to all recommended guidelines and we will continue to adhere and follow COVID-19 Rules and Regulations. We are regularly sanitising all work stations, shared spaces, and products and our teams and drivers are diligently washing hands regularly and frequently. Our teams prepare flowers and products under the strict COVID-19 Plans to ensure the health and well-being of our staffs and customers. 

All deliveries will be contactless and wherever possible, we will ensure that there is no direct contact between our drivers and customers. All deliveries will be delivered to the front door or leave in a safe place wherever possible. A photo will be taken as a proof of deliveries. The driver will then notify the person inside of a delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once the delivery is completed.
